Provide a Way to Remove All Logs Associated With a User #40

For really public-facing instances (not those used during a semester at a school, for example), it would be good to have an easy way for a user to request deletion of all files associated with them. This would probably include all logs, as well as a __USERS__ file. I guess this might be a bit complicated if that __USERS__ file was tracked in Git history or something like that...so maybe this requires some thought and/or some restructuring.
