Floating Modal in LTI Integrations? #51

As part of an ODL accessibility audit recently, it was reported that when catsoop is used as an LTI producer for an MITx site, the catsoop modal dialog that asks whether you're sure you want to view the answer shows up in weird locations, sometimes completely offscreen.

I haven't been able to test this, but my guess is that the offending piece of code is here; maybe we don't need this kind of adjustment anyway? I'm not sure what it's doing...
