Update Other Question Types with Extra question_info Stuff #55

48fa58caed introduced a mechanism allowing question types to put additional information in the question_info log, and 1432aaa9a0 set up the multiplechoice question type so that it stores csq_options and csq_renderer away. It is worth making a pass through all of the built-in question types and adding an appropriate question_info_fields to those where it makes sense to do so.
