don't show "this response has not yet been submitted" on a check (only on save) #59

Clicking the "check" button for any question type currently shows a scary red message "This response has not yet been submitted." I think we want to show that message when "Save" is clicked, but not on "Check" (which shows output)? Or maybe we want it to be less scary?

I guess maybe the core of the issue is that the big scary red text might distract/obscure the feedback from the check result.

I'm not sure yet what the right solution is, but I think this is worth changing.
