As its name suggests, the code in cs_ajax.js was written ages ago. It could be substantially smaller and better if we made use of a bunch of JavaScript features that didn't exist at the time (like fetch and URLSearchParams).

As its name suggests, the code in [`cs_ajax.js`](https://catsoop.org/git/catsoop/catsoop/src/branch/main/catsoop/__HANDLERS__/default/__STATIC__/cs_ajax.js) was written ages ago.
