Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
It would be good to add a button to the staff-only section of a page with an easy way to clear the
question_infolog for a page in case it gets messed up.
